Why not consider leaving the city for an office overlooking a beautiful lake?

For the last three months I have repeatedly said “ I am sure glad to be able to shelter in place in this beautiful rural area”. Today, the Washington Post wrote a story along these lines. If you have the opportunity to work from home after this pandemic, why not consider moving to a more rural and stress free living environment?
